Certainly, your computer support USB 2.0. - anysee don't support USB1.1 - How to check USB 2.0? Open Universal Serial Bus controllers on My Computer -> Properties -> Hardware -> Device Manager, you have to check as below. 1) USB 2.0 Enhanced Host Controller 2) PCI to USB Enhanced Host Controller. 4. Don't use other USB equipments or USB hub with anysee Series. - Don't use USB hub, USB card reader, USB external soundcard. - anysee series need maximum 500A(supported totally USB port). So if you use USB equipments, it will happen to electronic shortage. Then anysee don't work. - Except keyboard and mouse (excluding wireless keyboard and mouse) - In case of desktop computers, power supply requirement is over 300[W]. 5. Don't use Extension USB cable. - If you use extension usb cable, you can show bleu screen error and restart your computer automatically. It cause electronic shortage. So you don't use extension cable. - If you use different USB cable, please use USB cable under 3 meter. (as a result of internal testing).

If you can't see the signal strength and quality in configuration, please check as below. 1. how to check USB 2.0. - Please open My Computer -> Properties -> Hardware -> Device Manager. - For instance, if you click Universal Serial Bus controllers and see sentence as below, already your computer installed USB2.0. If your computer didn't install the USB2.0 port, you should install the USB 2.0 PCI type port. 1) USB 2.0 Enhanced Host Controller 2) PCI to USB Enhanced Host Controller 2. Please check Configuration -> Channel Scan -> Signal in anysee viewer. - If signal strength and quality is over 70%, you are able to watch TV. - If signal strength and quality is under 70% like under pictures, you can't watch TV. 3. During channel searching, please check blue LED light in anysee. - If blue light is twinkled continuously when channel searching, anysee is normal condition. - If you can't see blue light, please reboot your computer and change usb port. In this case, you should select anysee folder in C:\Program Files, click right button of mouse then select delete. 7) On the Confirm Folder Delete window, click Yes. After uninstalling anysee software and driver, please download the latest anysee software in anysee homepage(www.anysee.com). 1) Downloaded the latest anysee program, please extract files. 2) Start Extraction Wizard, Click next. 3) Select a folder to extract to file, click next. 4) After extracting files, click Finish. 5) Open extracted folder, run install.exe. On the Multiple installation window, click Install. 6) on the InstallShield Wizard for installing anysee software, Click OK. 7) Start installation of anysee Viewer, Click next. 8) Check I accept the terms of the license agreement, click Next. 9) Please select Destination Folder, click Next. 10) To begin the installation of anysee viewer, click Install. 11) After installation of anysee viewer, automatically set up anysee driver. On the windows verifying message, click Continue Anyway. 12) You are able to see "anysee driver is installing..." as below. 13) After installation of anysee software, click Finish. 14) Please confirm anysee icon on the desktop, check anysee scheduler icon on the Notification area. 15) Select start>programs, check anysee program. 16) To check the installation of anysee driver, open my computer ->system properties ->hardware>device manager. 17) Please check anysee driver in Sound, video and game controllers as below.

If you use graphic card that don't support overlay function, you can show black screen. In this case, please check Overlay function do not exist as below and restart anysee viewer. 3. Suitable for Hard disk. To use more comfortable, this process remove unnecessary temporary file and arrange to suit computer configuration. - Please stop working in your computer. - Select My Computer in desktop. - Choose Tools and Folder Options as below. - In window, you should check Show hidden files and folders and press Apply. Then you choose Apply to All Folders and click OK button. - Please delete all files in Cookies each folder, then delete all files in Temp and Temporary folder in Local settings in C:\Documents and Settings folder. - Please delete all file in C:\Documents and Settings\administrator\Cookies folder. - Please delete all files in Temp and Temporary Internet Files in C:\Documents and Settings\administrator\Local Settings folder. - Please delete all files in C:\WINDOWS\Temp folder. - Please open Recycle Bin in desktop, run Empty Recycle bin. 4.
